My Money Manager App Reviews

Im having trouble like a lot of other people having the app open up. I was able to download it initially use it but then when I came back to use it again, it doesnt open. I tried downloading it again and I still have the same problem. It seem like a great app to use I just wish it would work on my phone.

The app works great with accounts already linked, but it crashes every time I try to link a new account.

Pretty much crashes anytime you use it. Stick with the desktop version.

It is pretty useless without an income statement. Also, on some reports, it does not add the figures correctly, giving a false report!

This app would be great but is way too buggy. It combines accounts, duplicates accounts, and misses out on other added accounts. If it ever gets cleaned up it might be a nice app to manage finances. That is even if you can get it to work. It crashes so often I would really give it 0 stars if possible. Its just not worth the price (its a free app). That means not worth the time or effort to install.

Everytime I need the access code I dont know how to get one. When I click in help it leads me a login page. Then all it lets me see is my money in my accounts! If I dont have an access code ad I cant do anything. Fix please!!

We need an access code and I have no idea where to find it. It take me to the login page once I try finding out how to access that code. I called the customer service and they say that it should automatically send to your email after you get the app, but I looked at 5 different email addresses of mine and still unable to find an email from this app. Please fix this.

Me and my wanted to use this app so we could both be on the same page with our budget. Problem is I put the app on my phone and she puts the app on her phone and everything looks different from phone to phone. It takes forever for stuff to sink. It also changes categories when you dont want it to. If I put my home loan on the app it debits or credits that to the wrong account or the wrong way to The right account. It has too many categories. Very frustrating for someone who almost saw the light at in the end of the tunnel.

You need an access code to login but theres no instructions on how to get the code.

Stupid! They need to update this!! Where do I get the stupid access code???????

As others have stated, requires an access code that doesnt exist.

Where the heck am I supposed to obtain an access code that doesnt exist? Haha ridiculous.

What a fail macu

I finally figured out that you have to go online to the Macy full site just to get the access code. But even then this app is not usable. There are tabs that you should be able to click that do not respond at all. Its useless.

I happened upon the access code by logging into my online account. But with no instructions this was pure luck and a little frustrating. I like the app. It would be nice if there was a savings/goal manager.
